👤 Account & Login Help

Continue as Guest

If you choose “Continue as Guest,” you can use Morprix without creating an account.
Some features, such as syncing content across devices, may require signing in.

Create or Login to Your Account

• Sign in using email, Apple, or Google

• If you forgot your password, use the reset link on the login screen

Delete My Account

You can permanently delete your account in-app:

Settings → Account → Delete My Account
This removes your account and all associated data from our systems.

💳 Subscription & Billing

Morphix Pro Subscription Includes

• Premium AI styles

• Unlimited processing

• Higher-resolution outputs

• Faster generation speeds

Manage or Cancel Your Subscription

All billing is handled through your Apple ID.
You can manage your subscription here:
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Morprix

Restore Purchases

If you changed devices, tap:
Settings → Restore Purchases

🛠 Troubleshooting

App Crashing or Not Responding

Try:

1. Closing and reopening the app

2. Checking internet connection

3. Updating to the latest version

4. Restarting your device

Photos Not Loading or Processing

• Ensure your photo meets supported formats (JPG, PNG)

• Check network status

• Retry using Wi-Fi

In-App Purchases Not Loading

• Ensure you’re signed in to the correct Apple ID

• Make sure the App Store connection is active

• Restart the app or your device
