Barawave (“we,” “our,” “us”) operates the Morprix AI Photo App (“App”).
We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently and responsibly.

We collect images you upload to the App to generate AI-enhanced photos.
These images may contain your face or faces of others.

We do not:

  • create facial recognition templates,

  • use your images for training our models.

3.1 Service Providers

  • User-uploaded photos are deleted immediately after AI processing is complete.

  • We do not store your face images long-term.

  • Account data is stored until you delete your account.

  • Analytics and logs may be retained for performance and debugging.

5. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time:
Settings → Account → Delete My Account

When you delete your account:

  • Your photos, account data, and personal information are permanently removed

  • Deletion is irreversible

6. Security

We implement industry-standard measures to protect your data, including:

  • Encrypted transmission (HTTPS)

  • Access controls

  • Secure storage practices

No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.

7. Children’s Privacy

Morprix is not intended for users under 13.
We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy occasionally.
Changes will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.

Morprix AI Photo App – Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Morprix AI Photo App (“App”), owned by Barawave (“we,” “our,” “us”).
By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

  • reverse engineer or modify the App

  • redistribute or resell the App

  • bypass subscription restrictions

2. User Content

2.1 Uploaded Photos

You retain ownership of the photos you upload to the App.
You grant us a temporary license to process your images only to provide the requested AI features.

We do not use your photos for:

  • training AI models

  • advertising

  • any secondary purposes

The license ends when:

  • processing is complete

  • your photos are automatically deleted

2.2 Prohibited Content

You may not upload:

  • illegal content

  • harmful or violent imagery

  • copyrighted materials you don’t own

  • images of others without their consent

3. Subscriptions & Purchases

3.1 Morphix Pro

Premium features may require a recurring subscription.

3.2 Billing

All billing is managed via your Apple ID.
You agree that:

  • Charges are handled by Apple

  • Subscription renews automatically unless canceled

  • Refunds follow Apple’s policies

3.3 Cancellation

Manage your subscription under:
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

4. Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your account at any time:

Settings → Account → Delete My Account

This action deletes all stored user data.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • interfere with the App’s operation

  • use the App for unlawful purposes

  • extract or misuse AI model outputs for commercial or malicious use

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted availability

  • error-free performance

  • specific AI output quality

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • lost data

  • damages from misuse

  • service interruptions

  • inaccurate AI outputs

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
